PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen pump in which gas leak from the leading-out part of lead wire is suppressed, and the airtightness of internal space is improved. SOLUTION: Lead wire 4 is led out only to one side to oxygen ion conductive substrates 2, and it is obviated to the other side. Thus, the leading-out part of the lead wire 4 lies only on one side to the oxygen ion conductive substrates 2, so that the gas leak from the leading-out part of the lead wire 4 can be suppressed.
