PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation in heating temperature of a resin sheet. SOLUTION: A resin sheet heating method comprises the step of contact-heating a resin sheet 2 through a nonwoven fabric 3 brought into contact with the surface side of a heater 1 in a heat conductive state. A resin sheet heating device contact-heats the resin sheet 2 via the nonwoven fabric 3 by installing the fabric 3 in conductive contact with the front face side of the heater 1. An aramid fiber, fluororesin fiber or felt is suitable for the nonwoven fabric 3, and the heater 1 is preferably a so-called casting heater in which an heating wire is covered with a cast metal.
