摘要 An active matrix type display device is provided to overlap driving power lines with capacitance lines of each pixel, thereby reducing a formation size of the driving power lines while the capacitance lines are extended as bending in zigzag type along plural pixel selective TFTs arrayed in row direction. Each pixel consists of organic EL(Electro Luminescence) elements(10), pixel selective TFTs(11), driving TFTs(12) for driving the organic EL elements(10), and capacitances(13). The pixel selective TFTs(11) are configured as follows. Gate lines(20) are connected to gates of the TFTs(11), while the capacitances(13) are connected to sources(11s). In drains(11d) of the TFTs(11), a data line(21R) for supplying R display data is connected to a pixel corresponding to 'R', a data line(21G) for supplying G display data is connected to a pixel corresponding to 'G', and a data line(21B) for supplying B display data is connected to a pixel corresponding to 'B'. The capacitances(13) are composed of the first electrodes united with the sources(11s) and capacitance lines(22) opposed to both first electrodes and capacity insulating films by interposing the electrodes and the insulating films.
