Provided are an elastic pavement material mixed with fibers, which assures the water-permeability and has significantly improved workability, and a method for the construction thereof. The elastic pavement material mixed with fibers comprises a fiber having a diameter of 1-5 mm and a length of 20-50 mm in a ratio of 5-10 vol%; a rubber chip having a diameter 2-7 mm in a ratio of 75-85 vol%; and an urethane resin in a ratio of 10-15 vol%, each being based on the total volume of the pavement material. Instead of the rubber chip, a rubber chip having a diameter of 2-7 mm in a ratio of 25-55 vol% and a crushed stone having a diameter of 15-30 mm in a ratio of 30-50 vol% may be employed. Alternatively, instead of the rubber chip, a rubber chip having a diameter of 2-7mm in a ratio of 40-50 vol%, a crushed stone having a diameter 15-30 mm in a ratio of 20-40 vol% and a waste synthetic resin chip having a diameter 15-30 mm in a ratio of 5-15 vol% may be employed. |
