A device for opening and closing a hot runner valve gate of an injection mold is provided to reduce length of a valve pin by installing the valve pin in a state of avoiding a manifold, to reduce the influence of assembling accuracy, and to secure precision and smoothness in the working of the valve pin although the valve pin is used for many hours. A device for opening and closing a hot runner valve gate of an injection mold comprises a cylindrical body(50) having a slider guide hole(52) opened downward and a push rod guide hole(54) communicating with the slider guide hole; a nozzle(70) having a resin injection port(72a); a push rod(90) advancing and retreating; a slider(110) inserted in the slider guide hole of the body and installed in a state of enabling movement in the axial direction; and a valve pin(120) inserted in the nozzle and connected to the slider through the valve pin guide bush. The nozzle is assembled in a state of having a valve pin guide bush(60) interposed between the body and the nozzle. The push rod is inserted in the push rod guide hole of the body and is connected to an actuator(80). The slider receives force of rising upward by a spring(100) supported to the valve pin guide bush. The valve pin controls a flow of resin flowing into the nozzle via the body and the valve pin guide bush through opening and closing of the resin injection port according to the working direction of the actuator.
