A structure for connecting a guide rail of a door regulator and an arm in a vehicle is provided to prevent the arm from being deformed and a door weather strip from being broken by moving the guide rail along a track of a door glass in lifting up and down the guide rail. A guide rail and arm connection structure of a door regulator for a vehicle is composed of a guide rail(50) combined with a lower part of a door glass, a roller(51) combined with the guide rail, turned by an arm(52) lifting the guide rail up and down and operated by a regulator motor, a bush(2) fixed to a connection portion of the arm with the roller and composed of a penetration hole(1), and a guide bar(3) inserted to the penetration hole of the bush, moved horizontally and fixed to the roller by a spherical assembling part(55).
