<p>An incombustible composition for access floor board is provided, which has excellent strength and water resistance, and low production cost by using waste materials. The produced access floor board expresses various kinds of exterior finishing. The incombustible board of access floor comprises 1-90wt.% of stone powder, 1-30wt.% of incombustible resin such as phenol, polyester or melamine, 1-80wt.% of organic fiber such as crushed paper and wood, waste fiber or rice hull, or inorganic fiber such as glass wool or ceramic wool, 1-80wt.% of fly ash or bottom ash; and optionally 1-80wt.% of flame retardant such as such as CaCO3, NaHCO3 or Na2CO3. The incombustible board is manufactured by the following steps of: mixing fly or bottom ash and incombustible hardening resin; adding organic or inorganic fiber to mixtures and mixing, and adding stone powder by using air to prevent fibers from agglomerating; hot-pressing mixtures into a board shape; processing the surface of a board by adhering artificial or natural stone. The compression and tensile strength of a board is improved by laying glass fiber mesh made of glass fiber on the upper, lower or middle side of a mold before pressing or adhering a stainless, steel or aluminum board on the back of a pressed board.</p> |
