A display device is provided to form restorable conductor patterns(restorable wires) while maintaining smoothness of an upper layer with low wire resistance, for a wire breaking(defect) of TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) formed in a semiconductor device or wires of the TFTs. After a power line is formed, the power line is directly covered to connect defective(wire-breaking) parts by immediately conducting a defect inspection, to form restorable wires(228). The restorable wires(228) can be formed by being rendered in order to connect wire-broken sections(124d1,124d2) together. By restoring the wire-broken sections(124d1,124d2) after directly covering the power line, an increase of wire resistance is suppressed.
