To enable a smooth flow of an exhaust gas by solving a drawback that the flow of an exhaust gas is impeded when an exhaust valve is arranged in en exhaust passage such as an exhaust pipe. In an exhaust control device of a motorcycle which includes an exhaust collection pipe (a collection pipe) (33) which collects first and second pipes (31, 32) as a plurality of exhaust pipes and an exhaust valve (12) which is formed in the exhaust collection pipe (33) and controls a flow rate of an exhaust gas, a shaft (valve rod) (61) of the exhaust valve (12) is arranged away from the centers (C1, C2) of the plurality of exhaust pipes (first and second pipes) (31, 32) such that the shaft (61) does not pass the centers (C1, C2) of the plurality of exhaust pipes (31, 32).
