The device has a high density ball (11) introduced in a hollow cone (4) and retained in the lower part of the cone. A central circular cut (6) permits communication between the cone and inside of a urinal body (7). The ball rolls rapidly along sloping wall towards a small orifice (2) and blocks with inner diameter of the cone at the time of reversal of the urinal body.
