PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple house capable of simplifying a connecting structure such as a connection of exterior wall panels and a connection of an exterior wall panel to a foundation or the like to facilitate manufacturing, processing and assembling to improve the flexibility of a design and a wood feeling. SOLUTION: The simple house 1 is equipped with a first hollow woody composite plate material 5 arranging a plurality of through holes 2a to 2d in parallel to the extrusive direction and, at the same time, respectively providing a groove section 3 and a projected stripe section 4 to both end sections in the extrusive direction and a second hollow woody composite plate material 9 formed in an L-shape in plan view having a plurality of through holes 6a to 6e and, at the same time, respectively providing a groove section 7 and a projected stripe section 8 to both end sections in the extrusive direction, and it is so constituted that the groove section 3, the projected stripe section 4, the groove section 7 and the projected stripe section 8 are parallel with the through holes 2a to 2d and 6a to 6e, they are extended to a lower edge from an upper edge to arrange the second four hollow woody composite plate materials 9 in four corners and that the groove section 3 and the projected stripe section 4 of the first hollow woody composite plate material 5 are respectively fitted to the projected stripe section 8 and the groove section 7 of the second hollow woody composite plate material 9 to erect them on the foundation 10.
