PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine which is easily attached and detached to and from an existent pachinko machine, whose structure is simple, whose number of components is small, in which burden on costs is reduced, and with which fatigue at the wrist of a player is eliminated, and whose operating ratio is improved. SOLUTION: At the pachinko game machine 1, an operation handle 3 for launching a ball projects at the lower side of the front face of a pachinko game machine body 2 via a fixed shaft 4. The pachinko game machine 1 is having a wrist supporting member 5 provided with: a support frame 7 clamped at the outside of the fixed shaft 4; a fixed lever 8 projecting from the lower side of the support frame 7 and extending with an interval between the operation handle 3; and a turning lever 9 connected in a state where it can be freely raised and laid with respect to the fixed lever 8. The support frame 7 is mounted to the fixed shaft 4 freely detachably. In a state where the turning handle 9 is laid, the wrist of a hand grasping the operation handle 3 is supported on the turning lever 9.
