An accurate assembling and inspecting bar is provided to increase productivity, and to assemble parts precisely by pressing and fixing preassembled parts placed on predetermined positions with accurate position adjusting units arranged in a main plate. An accurate assembling and inspecting bar(100) is composed of a fixed supporting frame(110), positioning units(140) connected to the supporting frame to arrange and guide a work piece in the supporting frame, a main plate(180) moved into the work piece in a first direction and a second direction arranged perpendicularly to each other and installed to the supporting frame, gripping units(220,240) arranged in the main plate to grip the predetermined portion of the work piece when the main plate approaches the work piece, and accurate supporting units(330,340,360,380) arranged in the main plate to support the position of the predetermined portion of the work piece accurately in moving the main plate into the work piece.
