PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent electromagnetic wave shield sheet which does not cause adhesion performance of a translucent electromagnetic wave shield member formed by using a transparent supporting plate to lower, a protecting film and a conductive metal, and transparency of a sheet due to heating in molding and furthermore will not color a hot melt resin layer as it is used, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: One surface of a protecting film is provided with a translucent electromagnetic wave shielding member which is formed by using a conductive metal. A laminate is formed by mounting a sheet, using a hot melt resin and a transparent support plate one by one in a surface of the electromagnetic wave shielding member. A hole of the electromagnetic wave shielding member is filled with a hot melt resin, which is formed by hardening a hot melt adhesive composition, consisting of 10 to 80 wt.% of ethylene-vinylacetate copolymer saponification, 10 to 30 wt.% of dimer acid polyamide and 10 to 80 wt.% of a copolymer of ethylene and a polar group containing vinyl compound. Thereby, a translucent electromagnetic wave shielding sheet, which has both light transmission property and electromagnetic shielding property and will not color a hot melt resin layer as it is used, can be manufactured.
