PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with artificial operations, setting and management; to eliminate a malfunction which causes freezing or causes waste of resources by the unnecessary discharge of running water; and to reduce costs by simplifying a basic structure. SOLUTION: This antifreezing valve is equipped with an operation part 3 comprising: a sealable water storage part 4 for storing water W; a displaceable armature part 5, one end 5r of which faces the part 4 and the other end 5f of which acts on a valve body part 2; and a spring member 6 for urging the armature part 5 and the valve body part 2 in a direction Fr wherein the armature part 5 makes an entry into the part 4.
