PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering damper means adaptable to a change in the distance between a rotary shaft and a fixed bolt of a second torque arm without enhancing the dimensional accuracy of a sliding shaft and a connection part. SOLUTION: In the steering damper means 30, the lower end of a steering damper case 31 is fixed to a main frame 11 with bolts 61, 62, 63 and 64, a first torque arm 33 with one end 43 thereof fixed to a rotary shaft 32 and the other end 44 of the first torque arm 33 are connected to one end 45 of a second torque arm 35 via a first pin 34, and a tip 46 on the opposite side of the second torque arm 35 is fixed to a top bridge 37 via a fixing bolt 36.
