PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mah-jongg ball game machine capable of realizing the smooth operability of an operation panel while maintaining the versatility of a glass plate and convenience on a game parlor side. SOLUTION: The mah-jongg ball game machine 10 is provided with a back frame 11 and a front frame 13 supported so as to be opened and closed by the back frame 11. A glass frame part 15 for supporting the glass plate 62 to cover the front part of a game board 22 is positioned on an upper side, an operation part 16 with the operation panel 33 is positioned on a lower side respectively and the front frame 13 is provided with both of the glass frame part 15 and the operation part 16 by connecting them so as to be opened and closed integrally to the back frame 11. Also, the glass frame part 15 supports the glass plate 62 in the form of overlapping the lower part with the operation part 16 by a prescribed amount.
