PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional seat, which detects noise with a microphone and minimizes power of noise signals output from the microphone and outputs sound waves of reversed phase to the noise with a speaker as a seat including a device for reducing noise, needs high calculating ability as a control device for controlling the output of a loudspeaker and needs devices like the loudspeaker or the like too. SOLUTION: The seat 1A is provided with a seat section 2, a backrest section 3 and a Helmholtz resonator 5.
