Oilburner for burning waste oil or heavy oil, characterised by a double-chamber heating device and a pump (16) forcing the oil from chamber (6) through chamber (3), containing a heating element (4), to either the burner (20) or recirculating the oil to chamber (6). The heating device is equipped with means to expell air and vapours from both chambers (6) and (3). The burner (20) is controlled by a flow regulating valve (25) permitting the use of a pump with a constant flow characteristic and relatively low pressure.
