<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell using charcoal in which a conductive rate increases along with temperature rise as a positive electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The charcoal having such a characteristic that the conductive rate increases along with the temperature rise as the positive electrode is used.
