<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve carrying efficiency while using conventional equipment structure, and to improve service life of consumables by reducing the number of carrying. <P>SOLUTION: Pallets A-D are transferred from a tip side of a delivery conveyor 1. Destination of the pallets A and C is a station ST1, and destination of the pallets B and D is a station ST2. First, the pallet B is moved to a buffer conveyor 4, and the pallets A and C to be carried to the same destination are taken by an unmanned carrying vehicle 2 at the same time, and carried to the station ST1. Continuously, the pallet D is automatically moved to the tip side of the delivery conveyor 1, and the unmanned carrying vehicle 2 takes the pallet D from the delivery conveyor 1 and the pallet B from the buffer conveyor 4 at the same time.
