<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily dismanted mounting structure, wherein the component body can be removed from a vehicle body, only when the vehicle is dismantled, and the workability of reclamation of the component body and its recyclability can be enhanced, and to provide an electrical junction box provided with the mounting structure. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting bracket 65, having a screw hole 69a, is erected on the body of a case, and the mounting bracket 65 is provided with a slit 69b, that connects to the screw hole 69a and extends outward in the radial direction. The body of the case is so constituted that, when a wire harness led out of the case body is pulled or twisted during reclamation of the case body, by making the stem of a tightening bolt push and widen the slit 69b and come out of the slit 69b, the mounting bracket 65 is removed from the tightening bolt. A tapered portion 69d, for guiding entry of the tightening bolt, is formed in the slit 69b at the inlet side.
