PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening fastening tool for a surplus soil storing bag from which the surplus soil storing bag can be simply removed even after surplus soil is fed. SOLUTION: The opening fastening tool is composed of a frame body 3 provided with at least one storing part 3a for storing the surplus soil storing bag 1 provided with an opening part 1a on its upper part, a clamp 12 freely removably fixed on this frame body 3, two facing pin holding plates 13 projected on this clamp 12, and a rivet pin (pin member) 14 which has a head part 14a larger than through holes 13a respectively formed on these two pin holding plates 13, and freely removably hooks by inserting and removing the other end 7b of a hooking braid 7 one end 7a of which is fitted on opening end part 1b on the periphery of the opening part 1a in the surplus soil storing bag 1 into the through holes 13a.
