PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting structure of meter for vehicles enabling illumination light to enter into a cylindrical member uniformly, controlling increase in the quantity of a point light source. SOLUTION: Air space 47 is formed between a diffusion material 28 and a cylindrical material 29, by arranging the diffusion material 28 between the cylindrical material 29 and a point source of light 35, forming a rib 45 in a ring shape on an interior end edge 42 of the cylindrical material 29, and making edge 46 of the rib 45 touch the diffusion material 28. The lighting light enters uniformly in surrounding wall 34 of the cylindrical material 29, by diffusing the lighting lights irradiated from plural LED's 35 in the diffusion material 28 and the air space 47.
