<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether the right to access a content indicated by an index retrieved in accordance with a retrieval request from a user is given to the user or not in a short time while the access right set to the content is correctly reflected. <P>SOLUTION: An access right confirmation result preservation processing part 181 preserves information of an access right confirmation result about the content indicated by index information retrieved in accordance with the retrieval request from the user, in an access right confirmation result table 112.
