PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the use of a software keyboard. SOLUTION: In the communication terminal device, bookmark list data 131 describing an URL of a browser keyboard server for providing browser keyboard data is stored in a ROM of a system memory 27. According to the URL in the bookmark list data 131 stored in the ROM of the system memory 27, request data of browser keyboard data are transmitted from the communication terminal device to the browser keyboard server. According to the software keyboard data transmitted from the browser keyboard server, a browser keyboard is displayed on the display screen of the communication terminal device.
