PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding member provided with a belt part capable of storing a leaf bundle to a ring binder. SOLUTION: The advanced binding member is mainly composed of a hard spine 2 for defining a space 3, into which the leaves are placed with one edge and which is provided with an adhesive layer 4 inside, in order to bind the leaves 9.
