<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the unitary management of repair work history information by unifying a system constructed for each function in a large-scaled business establishment. <P>SOLUTION: This facility maintenance system is configured of a repair work management system constructed for each repair work item name, and provided with its operation design data, a daily maintenance system constructed for each daily maintenance repair work, a drawing management system for managing the drawing of a facility or equipment and a maintenance management system for providing an integral interface picture. The maintenance management system is provided with a ledger folder generated in a storage device for each facility or equipment, a cyclic table database in which a check period is recorded, a check recording database for reading the ledger folder whose check is necessary, and for permitting the input of check records based on repair work reports, a history information database in which repair work records are registered for each repair work, an attached document database in which files such as documents relating to the repair works are registered and a picture generating means for generating an input picture for permitting the input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
