PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground passage danger warning system and an information display panel to be used for this system for accurately transmitting hazards present in an underground passage, and for enabling pedestrians who confirmed the warning display, to instantaneously cope with it according to the warning display. SOLUTION: As shown in the figure, specific contents corresponding to any danger in an underground passage are displayed with character information at an information display part 2 so that pedestrians around an underground passage entrance 30 who have visually recognized the information display board 2 can clearly grasp hazards present in the underground passage, and quickly and surely cope with various dangers in the underground passage. Also, an information indication board 10 is formed of the information display part 2 and support legs arranged at the side faces so that the board can be made attractive, and prevented from impairing scenery in a city section.
