PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue operating device of an elevator at the time of fire capable of safely rescuing people left at an elevator hall at the time of fire after an earthquake. SOLUTION: This rescue operating device of an elevator at the time of fire is equipped with a control means performing a rescue operation at the time of fire based on an action of a fire sensor and an operation of a rescue operation switch at the time of fire installed in a corresponding elevating path at each floor stand or each floor. When the fire sensor senses fire at the time of the rescue operation at the time of fire (S1), the control means responds to calling of a car or a stand with a floor below the predetermined floor from a floor, where the sensor sensing the fire is installed, with an uppermost floor, and the floors lower than the uppermost floor as rescue floors (S9). Also, when an emergency operation switch is operated, calling of the car from all floors are made to respond even if the fire sensor senses the fire (S10, S11). COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
