<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slurry for forming a positive electrode of a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery wherein the concentration is high and the viscosity is low, and furthermore, provide the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery of which battery performance at a high cycle is superior. <P>SOLUTION: This is the slurry for forming the positive electrode of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which contains a mixed powder as a raw material in which at least one kind of positive electrode active materials and conductive carbon materials are dry-blended, and the bulk density of the mixture powder is 0.25-1.05 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, or the absorbed amount of dibutyl phthalate is 30-198 cm<SP>3</SP>/100g. Furthermore, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with the positive electrode 4 of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery in which an positive electrode layer, of which raw material is the slurry for forming the positive electrode of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, is formed on a metal foil, and a negative electrode 3 containing carbon material as a negative electrode active material, and the positive electrode 4 and the negative electrode 3 of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery are contacted with a solvent of nonaqueous electrolytic solution into which electrolyte salt is dissolved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
