<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide barley young leaves containing agaricus, by healthfully utilizing a chlorophyll juice of the barley young leaves, which is a conventional health food as the food more effective for health than ever. <P>SOLUTION: The barley young leaves containing the agaricus are prepared by blending and mixing powder which is obtained by using agaricus mushrooms as a raw material with the barley young leaves which are the health food.
