PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operating panel of an apparatus, capable of varying the angle of an apparatus mounted structure such as the operating panel at a low cost, without the separate provision of other parts and mechanism, and to provide an apparatus which uses the operating panel. SOLUTION: The operation panel consists of the base structure 2 of a molded article, comprising a synthetic resin material or the like and of an apparatus mounting structure 3. The mounting part 7 of the base structure 2 has an arcuate back surface 9 and a pair of triangular side surfaces 10, 10. The fixing part of the apparatus mounting structure 3 is provided capable of screw fastening on the back surface 9. The apparatus mounting structure 3 consists of an arcuate back surface 17, a pair of triangular side surfaces 18, 18, and an upper surface 19 for mounting display panels 5, 6 or the like; and is formed into a cover shape with a lower part thereof made open. A pin 22 is provided on the side surface 18, and is made to be engageable with a pin support 10a of the side surface 10 of the base structure 2. Consequently, the apparatus-mounting structure 3 is supported turnably in the vertical directions with respect to the mounting part 7 of the base structure 2, and is made fixable a predetermined height.
