PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new game medium put-out device capable of varying the quantity of sliding of a pusher, and varying only the quantity of push-out. SOLUTION: A slide table 120 is reciprocated by a reciprocating slider crank mechanism. A connecting rod connection point 146 is movable in the radial direction of a crank, and energized in the outer peripheral direction by a compressed coil spring 152 to abut to an inscribed face F with a roller 150. The inscribed face F is oval formed by making a recessed semicircular member 154 and a U-shaped member 156 face each other in the direction of reciprocation of the slide table 120. The recessed semicircular member 154 is fixed to the rear end of a fixed table 110, and when the U-shaped member 156 is slid forward/backward by the rack and pinion, only the radius of the crank on the forward movement side varies, so that only the quantity of push-out of the slide table 120 can be varied.
