<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a ceramic structure having a complicated shape is relatively easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the ceramic structure has a molding process for molding metal titanium to have respective desired shapes to obtain a plurality of titanium moldings 1a, 1b and 1c, a titanium structure forming process for obtaining a mechanically contact titanium structure 1x formed by bringing a plurality of the titanium moldings 1a, 1b and 1c into mechanical contact with each other and a ceramic forming process for converting all of a plurality of the mechanically contact titanium moldings 1a, 1b and 1c into titanium oxide by heating the titanium structure 1x. A plurality of the titanium moldings 1a, 1b and 1c brought into mechanical contact with each other are converted to ceramic and simultaneously joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
