摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor unit capable of improving energy efficiency by reducing the useless consumption of driving energy of a compressor. SOLUTION: High pressure piping 11 and low pressure piping 12 connected respectively to a discharge port and an intake port of a helium compressor 1 are connected by by-pass piping 13 with a pressure regulating valve 15 interposed. Based on the detection value of a flow sensor 16 interposed at the by-pass piping 13, a frequency control part 22 controls an inverter body 21 for supplying electric power to a variable speed motor of the helium compressor 1. When the helium gas pressure of the high pressure piping 11 exceeds a predetermined value to open the pressure regulating valve 15 to thereby allow helium gas to flow to the by-pass piping 13, the frequency control part 22 reduces the output frequency of the inverter body 21 to reduce the capacity of the helium compressor 1. The helium gas pressure of the high pressure piping 11 is thereby reduced, and the helium gas flow of the by-pass piping 13 becomes zero. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
