<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control system and a vacuum pump mounting the same capable of shortening a starting time of a turbo-molecular pump. <P>SOLUTION: A motor temperature sensor 424 and an inverter temperature sensor 524 are provided in a motor control system 600. Detecting signals of the motor temperature sensor 424 and the inverter temperature sensor 524 are input in a comparator 512 of a drive control circuit 510. The comparator 512 sets a current value in continuous rated condition satisfying both of motor windings 126U, 126V, 126W and an inverter circuit 222 as an upper limit value of a motor current Im in a current adjusting circuit based on temperature detected with the motor temperature sensor 424 and the inverter temperature sensor 524 according to a characteristic curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
