<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter which can be easily aligned, which can be made with a high opening rate, and which has high yield and high production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the color filter where pixel electrodes are formed directly or across other layers (excluding a liquid crystal layer) on the respective pixels formed directly or across other layers on a TFT substrate, each pixel is made of a photosetting composition containing at least a colorant, an alkali-soluble resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a polyfunctional epoxy compound having four or more functional groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
