<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-transmission reflection film in which the surface reflectance is kept satisfactory and a liquid crystal display device equipped with the semi-transmission reflection film. <P>SOLUTION: A semi-transmission layer 18 constituting the semi-transmission reflection film 13 has a transmission opening 14 formed thereon extending to the outside of a part (a chain dash region) corresponding to a display region 41 on which pixels of a liquid crystal display panel 11 are formed. In this way, by forming the transmission opening 14 extending to the outside of the part corresponding to the display region 41 of the liquid crystal display panel 11, occurrence of a stain spot or whitening on the surface of a reflection plane 13a in forming the semi-transmission layer 18 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
