The invention relates to the galvanochemistry, namely to the sewage cleaning from ions of hard metals. The process for sewage galvanochemical cleaning from ions of hard metals consists in the sewage flow treatment by internal electrolysis in the charge mixture from iron and coke alloys at mixing with subsequent separation of the precipitate in a magnetic field. Novelty of the process consists in that into the charge composition there is supplementary introduced magnetite in the components ratio of the charge of iron, coke and magnetite equal to 1:(0,3...0,5):(0,1...0,2), the cleaning being carried out at pH 6,5...7,5, the flow linear rate of 5...10 cm/min and the magnetic induction value of 0,05...0,15 T, and as magnetite are used metallurgy industry waste - scaly cinder with the particles size of 2...5 mm. For sewage cleaning from ions of hard metals it is proposed a galvanocoagulating plant containing a cylindrical drum with iron-containing charge, pipes for sewage inlet and for outlet of the formed suspended precipitate and of the treated water, and an electric drive. Novelty of the proposed plant consists in that it supplementary contains a hollow profiled drum, made of diamagnetic material, rigidly and coaxially joined with the cylindrical drum, wherein there is placed a block of magnetic cores with magnetization coils, fixed onto an immobile axle and placed so that embrace 1/2...2/3 from the circumference of the profiled drum, placed into an immobile cylindrical body joined with the cylindrical drum by means of the pipe for outlet of the suspended precipitate with the possibility of overflowing the suspended precipitate from the cylindrical drum into the immobile cylindrical body, the pipe for outlet of the treated water being placed onto the cylindrical body onto the side opposite to the pipe for outlet of the suspended precipitate, and on the outside of the cylindrical body, round the profile of the hollow profiled drum, there is placed a spring-loaded scraping mechanism, with the possibility of removing the ferromagnetic precipitate. The result of the invention consists in increasing the sewage cleaning degree.
