<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer detail notification system capable of providing a notification of details that precisely match an amount transferred to a transfer receiver in cases where payment to a customer or adjustment of expenses within a company is made via transfer. <P>SOLUTION: A transfer data creating part 11 obtains transfer details for each customer on the same payment date from a purchase management system 15 and an expense adjustment system 16 and adds together the amounts to be paid to specify the amount to be transferred to each customer. Information about a designated transfer account to each customer is specified from a customer database 17 to create transfer data to be sent to a bank system 20. On the basis of payment details, a report data creating part 12 creates a notification of transfer details matching the amount transferred. Depending on operation from a manager's terminal 14, the transfer data creating part 11 and the notification data creating part 12 can adjust the amount transferred, as by excluding part of the obtained transfer details from the amounts to be added together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
