<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic tape device enabled to make a magnetic tape run stably without damaging it. <P>SOLUTION: A tape guide post 28 arranged between a pinch roller 7 and a head cylinder 4 in the neighborhood of the pinch roller 7 is fixed to a slider 26 and is made to be a movable type, and when a tape cassette T is engaged with both reel bases 2, 3 from an upper direction by making the slider 26 slide backward m in the stop mode and moving the movable type tape guide post 28 from the regular position B up to the retreat position C, the slacked magnetic tape t is not made to come into contact with the tape guide post 28 even if the magnetic tape t in the tape cassette T is slacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
