Provided are an organophotoreceptor which is excellent in electron transfer property and has a high Vacc and a log Vdis, an electrophotographic image formation device containing the organophotoreceptor, its formation method, and a novel charge transfer material used in the organophotoreceptor. The organophotoreceptor comprises a conductive substrate; and a photoconductive element on the substrate which comprises a charge transfer material represented by the formula 1 and a charge generation material, wherein n is an integer of 2-6; R1 and R2 are independently H, a halogen atom, a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, a cyano group, a nitro group, an aldehyde group, a ketone group, an ether group, an ester group, a carbonyl group, an alkyl group, an alkaryl group or an aryl group; X is a branched or linear linking group of -(CH2)m- (wherein m is an integer of 0-20; at least one of the methylene group is optionally substituted with O, S, C=O, O=S=O, a heterocyclic group, an aromatic group, a urethane group, a urea group, an ester group, NR5, CHR6 or CR7R8; and R5, R6, R7 and R8 are independently H, an alkyl group, an alkaryl group, a heterocyclic group or an aryl group); Y is bond, C, N, O, S, a branched or linear -(CH2)p- (wherein p is an integer of 0-10), an aromatic group, a cycloalkyl group, a heterocyclic group, NR9 having R9 of H, an alkyl group or an aryl group; and Z is a fluorenylidene group.
