<p>A process for coating the surface of a component (2), especially an item of furniture, with a film (3), comprises locating the components on a palette (1), coating them and then rotating them through 180 degrees so the components fall out of the palette and can be separated. The palette is a double sided unit which does not need to be turned back after the component is removed. The coated components are divided up after coating, and fall onto a base (5) which can then be raised and advanced. The coating press has a press table (7).</p> |
