摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect independent operation of a nonutility generating facility in a system interconnection. SOLUTION: A system interconnection protective device for a system interconnection system in which a generating facility 12 and a system power source 1 is interconnected is provided with a frequency changing rate detecting means 32 which finds the change rate of the output frequency of the facility 12, a voltage fluctuating basis deciding means 40 which decides the voltage fluctuating basis that increases the leading reactive power of the facility 12 when the change rate of the output frequency is positive and lagging reactive power when the change rate is negative, a detecting means 41 which detects manipulated variables and control direction from a prime mover control signal outputted from a governor 15. The system is also provided with a voltage fluctuating standard correcting means 42 which compares the polarities of the changing rate of the output frequency and control direction with each other, and when the polarities are different from each other, outputs such a correct signal that increases the voltage fluctuating standard and a protective means which impresses the voltage fluctuation standard and correct signal upon the automatic voltage regulator of the facility 1, detects independent operation of the facility 1 from a promoted frequency fluctuation, and makes the facility 1 to be disconnected from the system interconnection system.
