Travelling and method of filming

The dolly has a movie camera (7) mounted on a carriage (1) that has a platform (2) carried on an air cushion. A ventilator (17) is moved in a manner to lift the platform. The ventilator is located outside the platform and is connected by a pipe (23) to an annular chamber (15) situated under the platform. The platform is equipped with handles (21) at its periphery for being manually moved over ground (19). An independent claim is also included for a method of filming using a dolly.
