CERAMIC RESONATOR ADHERED DIFFERENT MATERIAL

A piezoelectric ceramic resonator is provided to increase resonance frequency, to improve mechanical intensity and to acquire stable oscillation by attaching a hetero material to a piezoelectric ceramic. A piezoelectric ceramic resonator includes a piezoelectric ceramic(10) and a hetero material(30) attached on one side of the piezoelectric ceramic. The propagation of sound wave in the hetero material is faster than that in the piezoelectric ceramic. The propagation speed of sound wave in the hetero material is in a range of 5000 m/s or more.
