A total sphere information access system for managing healthcare/welfare integrating and transforming individually developed/managed systems into a multifunctional healthcare system is provided to enable peoples to obtain diverse information related to the healthcare/welfare by offering the total sphere information access system for healthcare/welfare management. A main selection item provider(110) provides a main selection item for each healthcare area in a form of multiple circles of the same size arranged in a circular shape. A sub selection item provider(120) provides a sub selection item for the main selection item selected from a user computer(20). A healthcare area information access processor(130) executes healthcare-related contents linked with the sub selection item selected from the user computer. A member manager(140) processes member registration, and stores member information including personal information and access information of a member to a database. An access processor(150) processes member authentication by referring to the member information stored in the database based on the access information inputted from the user computer.
