Provided is a manufacturing method of hydrotalcite-phase crystalline compound with excellent DeSOx AND DeNO activities by acid-base neutralization using hydrotalcite former. The hydrotalcite-phase crystalline compound is manufactured by the following steps of: (i) preparing an acidic solution using Mg-based material; (ii) preparing a basic solution using Al-based material; (iii) dissolving hydrotalcite former(pillaring agent) into the basic solution and aging at room temperature for 2-96hrs, wherein the hydrotalcite former is selected from NaHCO3, Na2CO3, HOCH2[CH(OH)]4.CO2Na, CH3(CH2)6CO2Na, CH3ONa, C2H5ONa, etc.; (iv) dropping the aged solution(basic solution) to the acidic solution(step (i)) and mixing to adjust the pH of the mixed solution between 9-12, and aging at room temperature; (v) filtering the mixed solution, washing hydrotalcite compound with water, drying and grinding; (vi) sintering the compound at 500-900deg.C for 1-10hrs to get hydrotalcite-phase crystalline compound(MgAl2O4/C6H5COO-) having a MgO/Al2O3 molar ratio of 1:1-1:10(or 10:1); (vi) optionally putting a rare earth compound(Ce, La, Co or Ni-based oxide) into the sintered compound to control of oxidation value of hydrotalcite-phase crystalline compound by coating through ion-exchange, sol-gel, or incipient wetness process, wherein the prepared compound is CeO2/MgAl2O4/C6H5COO- in case that the rare earth material is Ce-based oxide. The resultant hydrotalcite-phase crystalline compound has 120-250m2/g of surface area, 50-120Angstrom of pore size and 10-25Angstrom of lattice parameter. |
