A locking apparatus for a camera in a mobile phone is provided to move a camera module to a guide inner side by operating a driving unit when a photographing function is not used, thereby preventing scratches while obtaining a sufficient photographing angle. A terminal body(10) consists of a lower folder(11) and an upper folder(21) rotatively combined together. A camera(30) is combined with the terminal body(10). A main PCB having a control program is received inside the lower folder(11). Plural input buttons(13) for inputting operation signals are disposed on an upper side. A microphone(15) is disposed on one side of the input buttons(13) to input audio information. A fixing hinge unit(17) rotatively supports the upper folder(21).
